If you take two players, one being a very good PvP player and the other being a very bad PvP player, and you throw them both into a raid for the first time, the very good PvP player will do better 9 times out of 10. PvP is all about adapting and reacting to what's happening around you. PvE is all about learning the encounter by playing it over and over. A good PvP player will often times be able to survive even when they don't know exactly what to expect. A lot of PvE players rely on previous experience in the same encounter to know what to do.

PVE takes very little skill compared to PVP. The raid and strikes all have the same enemy patterns. Once you memorize these patterns, it's very simple to walk through PVE content. PVP on the other hand has no set patterns. It's hard to try to memorize what a human opponent is going to do. I enjoy both aspects of the game, but PVP will give you "sweats" unlike PVE.

Trick question pve is easy and pvp requires a bad internet connection and luck

1 ReplyPve takes coordination and tactics PvP takes understanding of your surroundings and how to put yourself in advantageous scenario But both take skill Which is why I suck overall. BECAUSE I HAVE NONE HAHA-*cries*
-
I suck at pvp but i'll freely admit that people who accel in pvp are naturally better than good pve players. Just my opinion, don't get too pissed haha
-
I feel as if pvp has a higher skill cap but pve is also takes a fair bit of skill especially if you're trying to do a raid with less than 6 people or solo content

9 Repliesthey both take their own type of skill. many will say PvP because its too easy shooting bots that do the same thing over and over. and to that i ask exactly how is PvP much different? everyone uses the same load outs, go to the same spots in the maps round after round, so how is this any different?

PvP by a mile.
