If i was in your game I would show as a red bar too but from my perspective I might have zero red bars including you as I have a great connection to everyone. its all about latency and packet loss and ALSO how many hops your ISP uses to get to everyone. The more hops the more packet loss the more latency the harder it is for people to hit you. thus you are now penalized. until you have your isp run trace routes and you check for packet loss and latency you are talking out your azz
