Dirty Halo Tricks!
Welcome to a nasty, filthy, horrible look at the awful things people around here, and some other Xbox luminaries, do to feel better about themselves in Halo. The uncharitable might call it cheating, but here, they're just some Dirty Halo Tricks.

On Zanzibar, have one team member going offense while your other team member is taking their flag home. Make sure that the offensive team member has a Plamsa Sword and some other weapon that he/she is really good at. You'll get the capture and be in position to switch roles and get another. Fast and furious. You score fast, and the other team is furious for they didn't win. he he.

I don't know, maybe this is just me; but I don't consider it 'dirty' to find out how to get a weapon faster than your opponent. I usually don't share any of my tricks unless they are in my clan, or just my HALO buddies. Any fair fight is one you walk away from:).

On the Assualt on the control room level i use the rocket llauncher to kill the elites on the last brige.then i tack the banshee and kill the rest of the ground forces.hahahahahaha!!!!!

In Hang Em High there's a pretty significant advantage at Blue base on CTF. After you get the flag go up the ramp underneath your base (the enclosed one, not the wide, exposed ramp). Take a right at the top of the ramp and go behind the base. Using jump/crouch get on top of the tombstone. From there you can leap across to the second level of the base. To score you just run and jump right next to the flag spot; you don't actually have to go to the top level. This keeps you away from any sniper or rocket fire, and you score pretty quickly, even with all your teamates gone and no cover fire.

Frog. That is called level glitching. You can do it on almost any level. Pretty basic stuff.

Press meele, grenade, and meele again and you can do a very quick and effective double slap. press reload twice then switch guns, and the weapon thats out of ammo will reload while your firing with your new gun ( called reloading with your @$$ cheeks, doesnt work with the shotgun cause it only reloads one clip.) the off screen gun thats reloading doesnt reload any faster than it would if it was on screen, but you can shoot with your other gun while its doing so. cool huh?

HERES A FIX OF MY EIRLIER POST(it has some typos and errors in how to do this trick) In Damn Nation, there is a section of pipes near the Invisability. Set your game for 400% health and get the rocket launcher(required) and a sniper rifle(recomended). Go across the pipe, which leads directly to a wall. Face AWAY from the wall and start walking backwards on the pipe. While pointing the barrel of the Rocket Launcher down, jump in the air, and right after you jump, shoot the pipe below you. After you do this you fly into the air and land on a platform above you, from there, you can walk all around the level from above (you can see everything). This is similar to the glitch in SW (Side Winder). Being above your oponent in a place they would never think to look is the perfect stratagy. Enjoy your new Sniper Position =).

when playing in SideWinder, just get on top of it! You can go where ever you want! But watch out! In the place were there is the oversheild and camo, there are holes, so don't fall! But I mean come on, who would expect you to be on top of the level? Its a great dirty trick! Especially when playing with n00bs.

ok the best way to play dirty in halo 2 is to get to the top of blood gulch which most do no no how to do and this way is easy. ok go to the red base and grab a ghost drive ur ghost over to the canyon wall by the opening to the cave, the opening that is behind the rock. drive sideways in your ghost toward the walland jump out a little before impact. if you time this right you will get slung into the air along the canyon wall this takes a couple of tries but once you get it right you will go high enough to get on top of the level makes for some good sniping over at the blue base hint this tactic also works in sidewinder if you need help getting out of levels like sidewinder blood gulch or anyother mp levels in no how to get out of all of them also i no some single player levels like 343 gs halo and some of the other ones

my favorite is when i drive up the wall in front of red base and to the left on blood gulch left of where the sand is a lighter color you park a ghost so the back ends against the wall and ramp another of it. It lands on the wall and floor it so you keep going up and up till you r out of the level that way you can walk up to the edges and snipe peoplr from afar.

Well, on CTF on Hang um High, I get to the top of the enemy base, grab the flag, but instead of running, I keep running forward, and dropping it, staying on their base. This causes the flag to go bouncing down to the center of the map, your enemies see it, so they go chasing after it, ignoring you, while you sit on the top of their base, casually shooting them with the pistol. (Or not, just sitting there laughing also works.) Eventually one of your teammates is bound to pick up the flag and return it... after they stop laughing too. Works very well.

Her is a trick that I learned while playing the silent cartagrapher. After you unlock the door[you don't really have to]to get to the cartographer, walk left,so that the video called "shafted"comes on. After the video is over,look bck the way you came and down to the left. You can see the ledges from each level. Fight your way down to the very first level. Once your their, and look down to the bottom most ledge. After searching for amoment, you shouldsee an over shield. Line yourself up diectly on top of the sheild.[This is the most important part!] Now fall down right on top of the sheild. This may take a few tries.This trick also works on Dammation and a fewother places,find them!

a dirty halo trick is when u take a ghost on death island infinity (levels with big rocks) and go sideways on the ghost into the rock if do it correctly u will be inside the rock and u can shoot anyone outside of the rock and they cant shoot u... unless they thro a well placed explosive but they usually dont kno where u r. Ya that is a stunt but it works. O ya death island and infin r only on pc or mac.

allright i know lots of dirty halo tricks like if you get in a worthog go to blue base their is a ghost to the right. After that their is a rock if you hit X right before you hit the rock then press A when you are on-top of the rock. If you do this correclty you will go in mid-air and go on-top of the base. I recomend you get a over-sheild before you do this. Because if you dont you will die on impact. Just think of this your opponets wont think you will kill them in the air.

I wont argue about what is and what isnt a "dirty trick" in Halo (im smarter then that), but the easiest thing to do is... Blood Gultch: Hide a ghost in one of the bases, lead someone in there, grab the ghost and run em down. If there isnt any radar EVEN BETTER! Hang 'Em High: If your playin on team with shotguns get on one the the bridges (While having a shotgun) and have a teammate down at the bottom. Your teammate hides and when you see someone near him tell him. THWACK!! Or if they find him start shooting (yes with a shotgun), unbleavibly it works pritty well. Longest: In the little holes/dips duck down in them and aim straight up. Someone jumps over you shoot or stick em. They wont know what the heck happened (NOTE: They will catch on sooner or later). PS: I think that these are tips more then "dirty tricks".

That's not a dirty trick. A dirty trick is the people with modified xbox cheating when playing other people. And they cheat on Xbox Live as well. They are the -blam!-.

In blood gulch when someone goes to where the sniper rifle is and just stays there hiding behind the battlement, sometimes their foot juts out at the bottom... Just shoot it twice with the sniper rifle for an easy kill.(if ya can't shoot em in the head, shoot em in the feet..).
