another thing thats bothering me is they said we would get 320 ghosts by the 23rd...which is tomorrow...why didn't they say we would get the ON the 23rd

We will 100% have them tomorrow. Tomorrow is reset and iron banner will be back so it's the most obvious time to toss us the goodies.
