Anyone else here picking this title up?
Update: Here's Angry Centaur review
This guy tends to go over every single aspect of a game and what he says in conclusion (15min mark) is pretty solid.

2 RepliesConsidering melee attacks are a significant aspect of combat, the feel could've been better implemented - they're sometimes abit "disconnected" and "off"
-
Don't have it yet but looking forward to playing it.
-
6 RepliesI beat it last night...the boss fights are kind of disappointing and there's not much in the way of character development. That being said, it looks and sounds incredible, and there are plenty of sweet (and brutal) ways to take down your opponent. The beast companion stuff is pretty cool and useful too. definitely liking the owl

1 ReplyIt's a shame. Majority of people enjoyed what they played and all reviews are decent for it. I'm enjoying it so far too.
-
7 RepliesI want it but I'm broke anyone wanna fund me I'll send nudes.
im a guy
-
1 ReplyNah I'm not too excited for it, IMO it looks like a reskinned version of fc4. It does look cool thou.

IGN 7.9/10 No Vehicles Too Many Mammoths
-
3 RepliesIt's awesome but something that bothers me is that when you take over a outpost or bonfire place villagers never come to garrison it or whatever. I know it's a very small complaint but when I fast travel or walk through one it just kills the immersion for me to see that my hard work was for nothing kind of.

Bump to see if anyone else has become a Beasrmaster

1 ReplyI got it today and I'm loving it so far. It's different from Far Cry 4. It doesn't need coop to be fun. Far Cry 4 was fun, but coop made the game imo. Far Cry Primal is fine without coop even though it would be very fun.
-
5 RepliesIt's single player, so I'll wait for the price to drop to $15 like I did with Far Cry 4.
The only games that you really must buy at launch are multiplayer games where early adoption makes you more competitive.
-
5 RepliesNot for me, just doesn't interest me.
-
3 RepliesI haven't played it at all, but from what I've heard it suffers from lack of direction, just as 4 did. It still tries to have the 2 villians, which never quite works, like Vaas was great, but the other guy (can't even remember his name) was kind of just there.

1 ReplyI have it its amazing
-
3 RepliesPretty fun game....would've been nice to have co op tho
-
13 RepliesReviews shouldn't take more than 2 minutes at most. This is why I can't stand people like AngryJoe.
-
12 RepliesMeh. Hunting animals, collecting craploads of junk and sneaking around were the things I disliked the most about past Far Cry games. A bigger focus on those activities doesn't excite me, no matter how much they may have refined them.
-
3 RepliesPlayed a couple hours last night and overall it was great. Visually, stunning. I crafted up to the spear and can't wait to craft other weapons. I'm not a big fan of the "witcher senses" as it seemed like I needed to use them half of the time, which takes away from the beautiful scenery. That's my only real complaint at this point.
-
2 RepliesWaiting for Wild. That game looks frikken awesome. Not one of the far cry's ever interested me. Primal looks interesting but... Wild.
-
1 ReplyI might but only to run over things with a mammoth or take over a big base with only useing the bird
-
I'll just wait for the division
-
1 ReplyEvery stream I watched was nothing but collecting herbs and shit seems real boring to me
-
Doesn't interest me
-
9 RepliesNot me. Where's my Jack Carver? Fuck that gyrocopter shit.
-
Did it release today?

Giant Bomb's Quick Look made it look fun. I really just wanted something fun to play for a couple weeks until The Division and I like Primal so far. This is my first Far Cry game. The premise of three and four didn't sound interesting, but I like this game after about four hours.
