Why am I getting green drops?
My light level is (Or can be 318). My crypto level is 55. I've done all storyline missions, quests, and bounties.
I haven't seen a green drop on my character since April of last year. And now out of the blue Im getting random green weapon drops.
But these green drops are different, they all are weapon drops and they all drop at the same attack level of 197. Is this a bug? Or a glitch?
Or do these green weapons serve a different purpose?

I had one weird hour at dreadnaught doing patrols when it started to do that for a while. Luckily it stopped after that one time. I figured either it was a glitch in the matrix or maybe game code to punish me for rejecting a bunch of patrols in a row. (I got a bunch of "hell-no" patrol assignments - energy spikes or run way the heck to the other end of the dreadnaught stuff that I wasn't in the mood for so turned diwn more than usual that time) Anyway.. it happens. No real idea why.

3 RepliesOk. Question. Are you playing with someone else in a fireteam. Maybe they don't have everything done and have a specific quest that they are on. I'm just thinking outside the box.

What is with the 197 to 205 green drops? Would like blue 310 to 319 drops instead! Or even, The Nine Forbid...legendary drops of 310 to 319! Especially when Light Level is 300+

I wasn't getting any greens until last night when they suddenly started showing up so i doubt it has anything to do with having things not completed.

They added y1 maps back to daily but they can't change the loot table because of Ttk But they can have us run the as dailies

3 RepliesIf you haven't completed all the main quests from The taken King you will continue to receive green engrams. If you want to stop getting them go and complete the quests of the taken war. Hope that helps :)
