You have to get a kill, a Precision Kill to get the Reload Buff with Outlaw. With the roll I Have, Feather Mag and Spray and Play. I Always have Fast Reload. To sum it up. The True FateBringer 2.0 is this. Spray and Play Explosive Rounds Firefly Edit: LOL! To those that Think Outlaw is better XD You're entitled to your Opinion, but the Fact is Consistent Firing is the Goal of any Good weapon. If Last Word could fire a non stop steam of bullets it would be Broken. Even the most Skilled gamer is going to have difficulty getting Precision kills so that anyone would Think it's better is truly Hilarious. But i get it.
