This is why Spray and Play is Better than Outlaw
You have to get a kill, a Precision Kill to get the Reload Buff with Outlaw.
With the roll I Have, Feather Mag and Spray and Play. I Always have Fast Reload.
To sum it up. The True FateBringer 2.0 is this.
Spray and Play
Explosive Rounds
Firefly

You're entitled to your Opinion, but the Fact is Consistent Firing is the Goal of any Good weapon. If Last Word could fire a non stop steam of bullets it would be Broken. Even the most Skilled gamer is going to have difficulty getting Precision kills so that anyone would Think it's better is truly Hilarious. But i get it. You just Have to get your Carbon Copy Fatebringer....and i suppose you prefer the Old dragons breath as well. ROTFLMAO XD
Edit: Done replying. To those who may have Dismantled a God Roll Spray and Play Good For You! 1 less God gun out there :]
As for those of us out there who Don't have Spastic Reload Syndrome, Good Luck on getting a Roll with that perk.

I have a loop aka fakebringer with Quickdraw Spray and play Rifled Barrel Firefly I prefer it to my legendary fatebringer anywhere outside of VoG

Not trying to be hostile... I would say spray and play is better for snipers do to boss fights not supplying the kill necessary for outlaw to proc. Outlaw is better for primaries since you can chose to reload very quickly after any headshot kill.

I don't believe one is better than the other. Other may disagree and that's fine. I see it like this. Can you land consistent precision kills? Then Outlaw's your perk Can't land consistent precision kills? Spray and Play it is!

1 ReplyActually no... If you get 2 quick precision kills. Which the handgun was designed and made to do, then that Oulaw perk reloads Imago Loop alot faster then firing the 10 shots it takes for Spray and Play to take effect... It's not worth firing a full 10 round clip just to get spray and plays reload. It's fine for maybe a shotgun, sniper or a heavy machine gun, but for a tactical accurate hand gun, it's quite useless... That's why Outlaw is the perk everyone wants and needs. Imago loop along with FateBringer were not tended to be used against big bosses or big targets like a Minotuar or Strike bosses, they were meant to be used on ads like Thrall, Captains, Wizards, things like that. And it most certainly is effective in the crucible, not over powered like a Last Word, but still a solid hand cannon that can get good DPS... I would rather get 2 head shots with 6 to 7 quick shots and get my outlaw reload rather then shoot 6 to 7 shots and get stuck with a slow reload when a 3rd enemy may rush me.... Outlaw is the way to go. Spray and Play is good, but it's not worth it with an accurate hand cannon.

I have a apple of discord with head seeker and spary and play. Spray and play will for ever be one of my favorite perks!

I feel outlaw reloads faster but I agree, would rather have spray.
