This is my thought for sure. Just posted about the same. They are protecting players at the expense of many others. Simple as that. Do they think we can't tell the difference? There has been little to no relief from skill based match making. they are just actually trying to keep it more local. I say trying cause I would imagine as the skill of the players goes up the net gets wider to find him matches while protecting their new players from him. I can only speculate on that as I am not one to be protected from in the crucible.
