Seriously guys. Update is that you have problem finding space for twitch stream. What Mom wanted her basement back? Dad taking over the garage? Seriously with community starving for info on the new content you take a week do complain about the lack of space.

You do realize this allows them to live stream information about their upcoming stuff and get live feedback, right?
-
Sure. But it ain't worth an update. This is not something that anyone cares for. When it's up great. But why announce it

Edited by GrundleBeans: 2/20/2016 2:21:01 AM1) People do care. Just because some people don't doesn't mean everyone else doesn't care. If you don't care, ignore that part of the announcement and focus on the rest of the update. 2) It's not just about them setting up Twitch streaming. They also used this announcement to tell us that they're going to use Twitch to reveal some things coming up and give us opportunities to ask questions LIVE. 3) It is called "This Week at Bungie", remember? If you were going to devote a group of people to an effort like this you wouldn't say nothing about it and wait to last minute... That would be a pretty big fail. You all keep saying you want more communication and transparency. Here's the start of it.

I get it now. Its the news about how they may have some news to share. Its an excuse that they don't have any news now because they are busy playing build a fort. Yup makes total sense.

Edited by GrundleBeans: 2/20/2016 6:12:57 PMOkay, so you'd rather they just start off every week they don't have new game news to talk about with "Hey, we've got nothing new to talk about. Here's a paragraph from the support team and some MOTW videos that 90% of you don't give a shit about." Because that would make them look better in your eyes, right? Saying absolutely nothing about what they're doing or planning at all would go over sooooooo much better, right?
-
While that sounds good, let's see if they actually do. Bungie has done a lot of things over the course of destiny to "help communicate with the players" and so far it's all been talk. I hope it's what you think and it allows them to keep the community updated on things coming up, but I highly doubt it.
-
Exactly. How about instead of people pre-determining this as a bad thing or that Bungie will fail, they actually experience it first and then form their opinions.
