It's a yes for me simply because I have all the gear he's selling this week

So far he has failed the past month for me. He has nothing I want or need.

He's good for heavy ammo synth., that's it now.

He fails every week. He has been outdated by 3rD. Just use those. Need strange coins? Do PoE and stop buying heavy ammo synths with coins.

He didn't really fail me this week, I already have all the gear he's selling but I will say he's got a pretty good inventory this week though.

I got some heavy ammo synths to level my factions, Mask of the Third Man because it's beautiful, and I even decided I would try at a heavy legacy engram and I got the Gjallarhorn! :) Even if he wasn't selling any armor/weapons I wanted, I still always have heavy ammo synths to buy, so he can't ever really fail me.
