Bungie being preferential with PS4?
I understand content. That much is probably dictated due to the deal with Sony , and I'm not going to lose any sleep over a different coloured Iron Banner armour or a few exotics that I'm not gonna use, but events that Bungie puts on for the community should be for BOTH consoles.
I'm referring to the Crimson Doubles event, where PlayStation 4 users were given the chance to play against Deej and Leif for a special emblem. Xbox one users weren't even given a chance.
Is there a reason behind this? We know they have the capability to host events like this for both communities, (SRL).
I was no good at SRL, but doubles I wasn't too bad at, just wish I could've had a chance.

17 RepliesTo be fair...ps4 owners have a terrible experience with nat issues, no split screen messaging, their console "suspends" everything just to go on youtube or netflix when xboz one owners games stay exactly where they left them in the game, no 1 button press to join party and team on ps4, controller batteries suck...i mean, so what if they play with deej? I hardly think thats a bonus but if that floats ur boat...

No way an emblem. Bungie is definitely cutting Xbox user content by a significant amount. I can't believe bungie would do such a thing.

2 RepliesThere are bungie bounties on both consoles all the time. You're moaning about having to wait for it to come around, some people aren't in the right timezone to even play it, like the UK. I'm almost always out at work whenever the bounty comes around but I don't care about an emblem too much, I'd be honoured to play against one of the devs but I'm not bothered about an emblem. I'm not waking up at 3am or leaving work at 1pm for the tiny chance of being matched up with some people I could get an emblem for. To improve the bounty I would say that bungie set a target amount of kills or get a certain killstreak in a game or even go unbroken. Let this challenge be over the entire day and on different gamemodes to spice it up a bit. Here's a few suggestions for bungie bounty ideas Rift: pick up and deliver the spark 3 times in one game. Control: aid in capturing 6 control zones in one game. Clash: get a 15 kill Streak with at least 3 of these kills in rapid succession (triple down) Salvage: deploy and capture 5 probes in one game without the enemy team shutting them down Skirmish: get 15 kill Streak as a fireteam with nobody dying in your fireteam Rumble: get a triple down medal and a 10 kill Streak in one game Elimination (not trials): wipe out the enemy team within 30 seconds of round start (ace) for 3 rounds in a row with no fireteam deaths Hope you like my suggestions!
