  • It's really not that bad; it just takes a bit of skill. It's also not important at all compared to all the other things it offers, just like how Skyrim's awful combat didn't matter at all in comparison to the rest of the game.

  • No they don't. It's the same engine, but F4 doesn't use a stamina based melee system, doesn't require stamina to block hits, doesn't screw you when you run out of stamina. There's no magic, resistance to damage types matters, and gunplay feels a lot smoother than the bows in skyrim ever did. And if you want to pull that claim, every Bethesda game SINCE Oblivion has been made on a modified Gamebryo engine. Does skyrm and oblivion have the same combat system? By far not.
