New Moderation Notifications
In the past it has been difficult to find out why you were banned and for how long. That made it hard to know what you were doing wrong, until now. Based on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/185963260/0/0]your feedback[/url], we have updated the site to send you notifications. That will include a link to the offending content as well as information for how long the ban will last. As of right now this only works on desktop. We are still working on better mobile notifications.
Our Ninjas have been given much better tools to help keep this place clean. You can do your part by reporting any posts that you feel break the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/View/bungie/conduct]Code of Conduct[/url]. Thank your for working with us to make this community a place that everyone can enjoy.

8 RepliesSo this is how it all starts. Who deems what is and isn't offensive? Some consider brussel sprouts offensive. Some consider peas to be. Who has the all knowing wisdom to decide this bungie? What shall we do in the real world when our paper thin skin is hurt? Report them to you? This forum is turning into a carebear cry fest. Wow and most don't even see the forrest for the trees. Bungie thought police is active. Dont say anything then people except nerf this nerf that the rest will be deemed unacceptable.

Yet the individuals doing the reporting just because they don't like the comment are either trolling the person by claiming to report the post. Or they are claiming to report, or are reporting, the non violating comment to deliberately harass people. It is rediculous. What are you doing about that Cozmo or Deej?

2 RepliesI have never been banned, but I have seen posts that I had commented upon removed for violating the code of conduct. Will people be advised what was offensive about removed posts even if nobody was banned in connection with said posts? It would be nice to know what exactly caused a particular post to be removed even if no bans resulted so that we can understand what the Ninjas are doing and why before someone gets banned.
