Let's go in depth as the the main issues of this. Firstly you seem to be against anyone without a headset. No headset means that they cannot use the team channel the way you want it, and will thusly be kicked. Secondly is that players in fireteams would be in the fireteam channel. Any fireteams would be kicked. Thirdly are your respective console Party Chats. The one outside the game you can use to talk to people outside of the game. Anyone in those at all would be kicked as they aren't in the team channel. Fourthly you seem to have forgotten that random people join the team chat automatically. I think. I'm not 100% on this point but that means any random people would go into this channel and not be kicked. Fifthly would be the chance that if someone was using the channel, they'd be screaming louder than that German kid or Goku going SSJ3 or have a voice higher pitched than a mouse's squeak. Your idea seems foolish and inconsiderate.
