It's cute and all but the psions and the cabal are two completely different species also no to cutscenes in a raid.

The grimoire suggests that the scions are mercenaries for the cabal, for all we know they could be a slave race. Also this is just an idea. Cutscenes add to the story [i][u](which has been a weak point in the game design up to this point) [/u][/i] and you can always opt out of them.
