Sick of sniper meta
Sorry in advance for my gripe / whine.
But.. I'm really sick of this sniper meta and I know of every meta has its day. Sorry about the word meta too.
But I was a blink shot gunner.
I guess I don't know but I feel like I'm sick of this meta because what I was good with got nerfed.
It makes me really sad because I don't like sniping and I'm also not good at it.
I'm good with blink shotty. And hand cannons.
Everything I was good with got nerfed.
Your snipers work exactly as originally intended.
You were good with them back then and you're good with them now, but my guns and play are nerfed.
Sorry not sorry, it's just not fair.

2 RepliesThe blink shotgun meta was my favorite meta to dude. And I snipe. Snipers were never really an issue because primaries used to kill at a reasonable time, but now primaries kill so slow and shotguns got nerfed so more players are sniping. Everything needs a buff at this point.

I used to do this also, and then learned to snipe. Getting sniper multi kills is one of the most fun things in pvp. Until they change it just force yourself to snipe and you will improve.

Snipers aren't really a problem, but since everyone uses them and then uses the for primaries, it sucks. Primaries need buffs.

You're going to see a lot of "get good" replies... but keep in mind those are the people who cried until shotguns were nerfed instead of getting good.

ADS speed lowered to .5s at the quickest, and .65s at the slowest. No quickscoping, these are long range weapons only. Snapshot perk removed from snipers. Being hit while aimed decreased your aimed accuracy to the same as hipfire accuracy for .5 seconds. No getting headshots while a person is dumping rounds into your head.

I actually agree. Yesterday I full on whacked a titan in front of me with silence of Aarn. Didn't kill him. It felt off, like the amount of bullets spraying out was RNG. I've gone off shotguns now and am trying sidearms and snipers

I see a pattern in destiny. Auto rifles early year 1 were amazing, people complained so it got nerfed, then hand cannons took over, people complained so it got nerfed. Pulse rifles have always been good, but early year 2 it was impossible to pick a bad pulse rifle, thennnnnn it got nerfed. I see the same pattern in Supers

When Destiny released the kill time was fast. Really -blam!-in fast. But as time moved on. Bitches began playing Destiny. And the nerfing started. Kill time got worse and is still getting worse. And for some stupid ass reason. Bungie won't stop listening to the retards and turning crucible into a chess match.

Blink shotgunning still works, just not OP as it was. If u dont like snipers, dont use them, simple as that.

Didn't use blink, but at least when shotguns weren't terrible destiny was exciting. Now it's a freakin campfest.
