Not precisely what needs to be done, but something needs to be done regardless. You're focusing too much much on the technicalities of the title and ignoring the content.

No I read the contents of the post but this your wish list most of it wont be add, like element primaries aren't needed, year 2 crota and VoG most likely coming in the next content update. Private matches most likely won't be add because there not enough people who would use it, remember when everyone demand in game chat and bungie added now how many people actually use it

It's not a question of being needed for elemental primaires, it's a question of endgame loot. When you receive an elemental primary, you get it from beating the hardest activity in the game. This means de facto that an elemental primary was never needed since launch, as you could beat the game without one. In terms of loot however, it is something to strive for as elemental primaries were one of the best weapons in the game. It also helps with replayability.

They should make exotics be the elemental primaries. It would make them actually useful for once besides last word for trials. The zhalo and necro are already arc, the fate of all fools is solar, the Boolean shoots purple, and the fricking hard light shoots blue!
