I've been looking at all of these on Bungie's Armory, and all of them are very similar. They all have a maximum magazine of 18, an impact of 5, and 100 rate of fire. All are Hakke sidearms, which mean the bullets fired are hitscan, whereas Vestian Dynasty and Dreg's promise have travel time, similar to pulse rifles. There are slight differences in all of these weapons in the range, stability, and reload.
