If I have a even 1 Titan I still do middle bubble strat with the warlock in the center. Just makes more sense, plate guns help with ogres anyways and then snipe their knight. By the time the fourth ogre is coming out of the ground the two guys are twiddling their thumbs. One of the middle guys are designated 4th knight killer. Doesn't make any sense to do it any other way. Glad you have been able to successfully do it without a bubble but why even try.

It makes perfect sense to do it another way as you can see in the video, another way is just as easy. You're just afraid because the bubble is your crutch. Anyways, to each their own.

I watched the video and it didn't seem any easier than the bubble strat. A "crutch" is technically opinionated. I could argue that your hammers is a crutch for you. Just bc I choose to use a certain strat over another doesn't make it a crutch.

I can do that just as easy without hammers. Of course it's not going to appear easier if you've seen it run just as quickly before. That was a flawless run. You have to do it to notice a difference. In that particular video I had 3 people who I never raid with. It's efficient. Is it more efficient? Let the raider who actually does the strat be the judge.

I raid with a new group every week. All of my friends have left destiny. I am a fairly efficient raider. 99% of my wipes are team wipes. From my stand point this strat leaves far more to chance than the middle bubble strat. It requires all raiders in the group to be efficient at killing their respective knight and any acolytes as well instead of just worrying about their knight and hiding. When I start a raid I always ask for 1 Titan and 1 runner. Everything else is filler. My weakest player gets plate 2 bc he will always have help, next guy goes to 1 and the strongest of the plate guys goes to 3. Everyone has their own opinion and is entitled to it. This is my opinion.
