Are Titans too dumb to learn how to blink?
Or what's the deal here?

Why you make such a horrible title? =\ Titan seem like the most "humanly" thing, they don't float or double jump like a Warlock and Hunter. They need jet packs to get into the air. Hard to explain but no, I don't think they will ever blink.
