Fix doctrine pls too many bullets shoots too fast pls nerf

2 RepliesPeople were asking for auto riffles to be usable for end game crucible aka trials etc and now that we have one people are complaining that its too "op"... it has to be in order to compete with other guns. This community is never satisfied with anything
