There is a lot of discussion about weapon balance. My main focus right now is the topic listed above. Snipers being used for CQC and even medium range combat. There are a lot of people arguing for snipers and their current ability to be a successful at any range. As it sits now, the risk/reward for special weapons most favors sniper rifles. I want to know the community's opinion on the matter. Should a sniper rifle be a viable option for CQC combat? Or should CQC combat favor other special weapons such as sidearms and fusion rifles?

Check out my 20/20 AMR7 on my 'lock. This is how snipers should be IMO. Only used for precision. 210 per headshot, and 85 per bodyshot. Takes three body shots to kill, this way it is used as a precision weapon...not an extreme long range shotgun.
