You really don't think outside the box much do you?
95% of the perks in this game are situational.
5% of the perks are OP and become a necessary evil. (Flame Shield, QuickDraw)

Not my intended point, thinking outside the box is running with a multitude of class setups/builds.

Yeah but you see very little ppl do this. Most ppl just use the best thing possible mainly because those perks simply outclass the other ones. A buff would make different things actually useful instead of outclassed.

Wouldn't say it like that. The other perks are just bad like the sunsinger melees beside flame shield.

Perhaps I could have chosen my words a little more nicely. Regardless, what I'm really trying to say is some perks crutch/marginalize your gameplay. Leaving you hopeless without them. A better player, in my opinion can find a way to make do using whatever build they want. Meaning, those players can be more adaptable/open-minded and think outside the box.

But seriously tho, there is no way a person could make use of sunsinger melees besides flame shield.

Solar wind can deflect rockets.

That's not really useful tho when ppl get 3-4 rockets per heavy box.
