Of course his signature move dark void will be making sure you get to move even less. Oh he also has a SECOND ABILITY which makes it so you take damage while you're asleep from dark void. Couple that with the other powerful pokemon that he gang-bangs you with and the disgusting damage output he has and you have a boss that's hard in the cheapest way possible.
