Definitely Titan, sun breaker, with armamentarium chest and Monte Carlo primary.
The Armementarium doubles up grenades and kills with Monte Carlo have a chance at instant melee recharge. You'll get more solar kills in between supers with those perks. You'll definitely spend longer looking for helium than getting 100% on solar kills
