Titan Sunbreaker in my opinion.
His Sunstrike Melee has an Ability called "Stoke the Forge". It reduces the cooldown of the Melee Ability and if you get a kill with the Melee, it instantly recharges. Combined with high Strength and a Monte Carlo Auto Rifle, you have the Melee Ability all the time and therefore a Solar Ability.
For the Materials, of course the Hunter would be the best, with the Keen Scout perk of the Nightstalker or the Stillpiercer Sniper Rifle. But you can also simply use a Ghost Shell with the Helium Sensor ability.

We answer many questions and deal with issues here in the #Help-Forum and beyond, mostly technical questions regarding Destiny and Bungie.net, but sometimes other questions as well. Note though that we are [u]not[/u] Bungie Employees nor paid by Bungie in any way, we simply are Users and Players just like you are, the only difference being our extensive knowledge (but that doesn't mean regular Users aren't as knowledgeable as Mentors).
