Well heres a quick tip that will help you over all ,play a few games and figure out where your enemy's head will be. For example when they round a corner knowing where the head will be at that moment eliminates having to move your reticle up and down leaving it to a side to side motion.
Second they have changed the rez timer making it a bit more difficult to pull off that perfect shot. Players when now resurrected and or in the animation are invulnerable for a short time. Indicated most commonly by a white light surrounding them once the light is gone fire.
What you will run into most the time is the infamous push. The way i have found to combat this best is to eliminated the pusher not the pushed. This is something that relies more on knowing head placement. I aim about the equivalence of the top of an orb stacked on the orb for a quick dome. Practice head placement even if you see a team mate round the corner get their head height and float there left and right.
Practice makes perfect the harder shots come in to play when elevation is involves you have a greater advantage from higher up and head placement comes from instinct. Hope this helps :)

To make it simpler than "fire when the light goes away", I would change it to "when the Guardian is standing straight". When someone's revived, they crouch for a second and then stand, shoot then.

Thanks dude. That really helped me.

Yes, the best way is to push them (sliding when you revive, it's harder for enemies to kill you). Also there's another way: You can revive and come instantly out of cover to try and snipe the enemy while he's focusing on your teammate.
