I purchased the Legendary Edition in December, and when I looked at the emotes (not sure if this applies to other content like ships and what not) It said I needed an eververse license. When I googled it, one of the solutions said to after restoring licenses on the PS4 system, to redownload the content from the store. The problem is, it was a redeem code that came with the game. So I'm lost as to how to fix this so I can get my content.
