I like it, except if I remember correctly the weapons tuning 1.1.x buffed shotguns in PVE. If that's the case, I don't agree with that part, shotguns were garbage in PVE prior to whatever weapons tuning that was. At that time, I didn't do any PVP, so I can't comment on PVP and shotguns prior to that update. I think some shotguns are OK in PVP right now.

What I proposed was all weapom tuning before the shotgun buff, but then included the addition of a shotgun and pulse rifle buff.
