Well ... you can solo Crota's End, so it IS accessible content (although much easier to get the hang of the mechanics in a group). Just ran it a couple of weeks ago with a couple of clan-mates to get Flawless Raider for two of us. With four people, the hardest part of flawless run was dealing with the bridge, the rest was a breeze.
