How about messaging all your friends, and ask them to not only bump, but click the up arrow (like) on this and get its popularity higher than the wish list of 990 (as of this posting.) Then maybe, just maybe, they might start realizing that there are a lot of people that want something done. I'm pretty sure that if we get more people to bump and like this to the point of beating the number of people playing "Crimson Days" then even Activision might take notice.
