Has anyone seen IGN's Podcast Unlocked bit on this? If not, I suggest you do. I agree with them. We aren't seeing TES VI at E3, and if we do, it's going to be the smallest thing ever. We're going to see Fallout 4 DLC and other stuff, but not TES in any substantial form. I've linked the video above for you.
And yes, Skyrim 2 is meant to be a joke. Please don't take that seriously.

Why announce DLC at E3? Seems like such a lackluster thing they could do as a trailer or a blog post. Maybe they're announcing a different game?

Fallout expansions (like Skyrim's) have the potential to be pretty big and pretty great. Of course, they'll have other stuff there, but I think that's what we're going to be seeing from Fallout.

Yeah I personally don't expect it until 2018 at the least honestly, these big games take a while.
