It should be so everyone's loadout is locked the entire match.
If you want to use Ice Breaker that's your sniper and exotic for the whole match. Likewise, no switching to Truth.
Seems like a no brainier to me.

My big issue with that is sometimes you play a team that rushes very hard and maybe you want to switch to a shotgun. It would suck to not be able to adapt your loadout to best fight against the strategy of the other team.

Interesting. Never really thought of this, and I wouldn't mind it at all. But it would be annoying for the times you decide mid match that you don't like the primary you chose. But that would also stop people from switching to thorn when losing.

Yeah there could be a 10 second count down before spawning that says lock your loadout or something like that. It would be an interesting cat and mouse to see what the other team is using.
