I have done it like 5 week straight and yes i know is rumor that of u don't die you get it but is there anything i could do xc i relly want the crux of crota

Make sure you are playing through normal mode first from start to finish, this thins out the loot table to give you a higher chance. Yes this is true, you can look up how the raid loot works, hard mode pulls from both tables if you haven't done normal, this is how I and my friends got it.

It's random I got my first one in year one. 5/6 people and as I was flying there the rewards dropped for me and I got one. Pretty much I literally did nothing
