Alright, so as your friendly neighborhood idiot Jeff, I don't really know what the hell a weaboo is. I was called that for watching Naruto apparently, I had no idea what it was so I looked it up. "Someone who is obsessed or acting out Japanese and Asian cultures", well, there are a few things wrong here. I'm Asian, so.... I can't be "pretending" to be Asian if I'm already Asian.. On top of that, I'm not really "obsessed" with Japanese culture or whatever, what if I'm just a casual guy that likes anime? To be honest I don't really like anime, just specific ones like bleach and Naruto. Deathnote was pretty good too. Now, I have asked some people, and it seems like people are calling others "weaboo" for having to do anything with anime, or Japanese related. I don't know, in my opinion it just sounds a bit racist, or more like judging without knowing. Because who knows, a guy could just be watching his VERY first anime, or doing something related to Japanese culture his very first time, and the someone out there will call him a weaboo. Makes no sense to me.. I feel like that term would be used for someone who uses terms like "kawaii" or uses other Japanese and Asian terms openly, because those are the type of people that fits better with the term "weaboo". :/
