Bump, I don't take salt cos no one complains about throwing knife headshots ;)

I was going to say this. Throwing knife + incinerate (name?) What's the difference? You burn either way. You can even Gain an extra throwing knife.. Without the ahamkara's.. Smoke + void + thorn = hate mail.
