No, that's incorrect. You can do it straight from the destination map. I have gotten 2 Grasp of Maloks that way. I have been lucky to get them. The rolls on them suck though. What really sucks, is in year 1 I had this gun, Oversoul Edict. The drop rate of strike specific drops is awful. Definitely less than 1%. Fuk you Bungie.
