Because I seriously want to get this game, but I feel like it's going to be a Crysis 3 and population count will drop. Don't get me wrong, I've seen gameplay which looks promising but I don't want to pick Thai game up and to have trouble finding a match within a couple of months (or less). Your thoughts?

I actually noticed a lot of my friends didn't even get the game after the beta. Said it was boring. Probably because they JUST KILLED EACH OTHER! Anyway...I have it. Hoping to play more soon before The Division.
-
Hell no! It has a solid fanbase, and many of them (including me) haven't stopped playing since launch. The free content updates will keep people coming back for more.

4 RepliesEdited by YJGS: 2/10/2016 2:17:22 PMI played nine rounds last night where we got hacked, the game did it's "you always stand up matter what glitch" and then got hacked again. I like to play it but it doesn't have near the support it needs (cuz ubisoft sucks)

Great game that is actually gaining momentum- hit detection and latency got messed up on the newest update but they are actively working to resolve the current issues in preparation for the game going competitive- anyone hating on the game is trying to play COD style which will result in failure- it's definitely more of s counter strike vibe- hope this helps

7 RepliesHit detection is garbage

Obviously it will drop to a certain degree but i think there's enough substance there to keep a decent player base for quite a while.

Im also looking at this game and from what I've looked up its a game that seldom goes stale simply do to how many ways you can approach the situations in this game, almost everything in each level is destructible and relies heavily on good team work and/or judgement to use each approach effectively. On top of that the Damage models are very Realistic and so time to kill is much more accurate.
-
GET IT! It's an amazing game, and surprisingly doesn't get stale. One of my favorite multiplayers of all time.
-
I'd still get it
-
I love this game, best multiplayer I have played in a few years. Get it

1 ReplyIdek how its still high, its kinda fun but such little variety and unlockables i got bored

Edited by Oxide: 2/10/2016 1:48:52 PMSadly for the awesome game it is it will it is just not enough to keep people. I'd compare it to a game like evolve it's very small based on a certain thing except it's not bad like evolve But deff get it it will still have lots of people
-
If anything it's going to be more popular with the eSports league starting in early March.
-
You already have trouble finding a match. Not because of pop but bad servers
-
6 RepliesThey have free dlc so that will keep people playing.( the season pass only let you have dlc operators 1 week early for free. Not worth it in my opinion.) and being as how it feels different every match I feel people will keep playing it
-
1 ReplyEdited by Grif In Disguise: 2/9/2016 7:45:31 AMYou should defiantly get it, worth the money and even if the population drops there will still be lots and lots of people playing.
-
Despite its lack of game modes, it's so fun. The game always feels new, because of the destructive environment. The operators only add more diversity.
-
They still need to iron out a lot of bugs and I plan on playing The Division, but I'll definitely be back.
-
The game is so good and very unique. It has a sense of tension not her game has.
-
Nah it's going to be popular for at least a year. Esports start in March, so that will keep people, and there's also free content updates.
