Autos do need a boost. The doctrine melts life away, but that's really the only auto I see. I think in a general sense autos as a whole need a veeeeery slight boost. Doctrine excluded. That thing is insane as is.

one of the gunsmith suros auto rifles is dame good i use it for all my bounties, slow rate of fire but accurate as hell. Would like to point out as you up damage in video games for guns like Auto rifles you have to up the recoil, Think AK 47 high damage high kick, Because you can just point and hold the trigger at this point with Auto rifles
-
Thing is; most Auto Rifles could do what Doctrine does if they had its ideal stats and perks; Doctrine is just handed out to people, so it seems more prevalent. Damage is, roughly speaking, pretty close to where it should be for MOST Autos (low ROF could use a small buff), stability is the only real divide. Why does a high ROF Auto have better stability than literally EVERY other Auto?
-
Because it's Trials exclusive. It's from the "Challenge Mode" of the crucible.

veeeeery slight boost - 0.04% buff?!
-
Maybe. They do have a high fire rate so it wouldn't need to break ground too much. I'd say start there and see. No need to try and shoot for a perfect adjustment immediately. I honestly wouldn't be mad about that

I think you missed his joke.
-
I guess so. Idk, I thought we were doing something serious.

Bungie screwed up last weapon up date. We were supposed to get a 4% damage increase on auto rifles. They gave us .4
-
Holy shit. No wonder people don't have any faith in those bafoons over at Bungie.
-
Yeah, they moved the decimal places over two spots amd called it good
-
Absolutely incredible.

Yep, the update was in the feed for over a month, and right after they deploy the update, they change the numbers and say there was a typo.
