Why don't warlocks have something like tether or weapons of light
I main a warlock ,and find it very annoying that whenever I do a raid and we NEED someone to tether the boss or use weapons of light nobody has their super up except for me.
I just wish warlocks were a little more supportive in raids. I mean they can add clear and self res, but that's about it and I don't find those two attributes helpful in raids.

1 ReplyYou kidding? My friends barely want to raid with my alts. I asked them why and they said "we need someone to do add control so we don't get -blam!-ed up" because they all main hunters and Titans and don't do it except for once a week. -blam!-ing hell, I can't count the number of times I've saved our asses because I could rez myself or because I showed the Hive and Taken the true power of the Dark Side. Warlocks are the one and only class that, in ToO you have to -blam!-ing worry about [i]after you kill them[/i]. Do you have any idea how many times my team and I have been wrecked by that one Warlock we killed a minute ago who just brought himself back now that we killed his other two teammates? [i]Or how many times I've done it myself[/i]? And that's just ToO. That's to say nothing of all the times I've clutched one of the raids thanks to my self rez or saved my teams ass thanks to Stormtrance. Warlocks are hella -blam!-ing useful in the raid and don't let anyone tell you otherwise

3 RepliesBecause they have Self Rez, tracking grenades, extended melee range and the longest lasting supers of all 3 classes. That's why.

1 ReplyWhat I don't get is how a warlock will get supered with fireborn radiance at the totems part and they won't use it until sisters or oryx because they die. All of the orbs made at warpriest totems and golgoroth will charge it right back up. And last time I checked you don't have to be dead to use the super. You can make orbs for the more important players.

Song of flame and heart of the praxic fire is probably the most supportive thing a warlock can do; where you pretty much stuff everyone's pockets with grenades and apply icy hot on everyone's arms so that they can punch harder. Another really supportive thing you can do is kill adds, but that's not really your style it seems.

I didn't realise that it's impossible to do the raid without supers.

If you're raiding and always find your teammates don't have their supers... Find new teammates...

They can decrease the cooldown for abilities making youre team able to throw more grenades :p that's pretty much it though. What they need to do....give warlocks a better support class and give hunters a better add killing class.

Or you can use the first radiance bubble to reduce their CD time allowing for more tethers and weapons of light. Especially since the fights revolve around if you die its GG even with self rez. Worst talent of radiance imo

Orbs, hundreds of them for your team mates,self res,just in case, : )

A super simple fix would just to give Nova bomb a armor reduction effect.it would not affect it pvp and in pve it wouldn't be OP as it has the longest cooldown. And fit with the base lore of the class being a burst damage class

They do! It's called Song of Flames...unfortunately, it's overshadowed by Fireborn and Radiant Skin.

You have Radiance, but people use it as a self-res only.
