Totally agree. You see this happen to every cod when its near the end of its cycle and not so many people playing.

Yeah there's a reason why you see most of these AAA titles shying away from this. It's been done, usually doesn't go well, and gets abandoned. I feel Bungie needs to pay attention to other titles and see what worked and didn't work for them. Or you know remember what worked and didn't work for the other game they made..... Halo.

Man I played the shiz out of halo 4 but not picked up halo 5. To be fair the networking in halo 4 most of the time was spot on.

One thing they realized with halo was that having so many playlists ended up creating basically empty lobbies. They introduced rotating playlists. While players didn't like this at first, it actually helped keep the game fresh and helped the longevity of the game.

Nope I just enjoy paying attention to game design from a problem solving stand point. Again it's simply paying attention to the successes and failures of other games.
