Destiny bricked my XBOX One
Tried to log in to Destiny this morning, 06 FEB. After contacting servers my screen went black with a message in the top left hand corner that read "oops something went wrong..." After about a minute another message popped up that read "Thank you for your patience, please feel free to reboot your console and continue to enjoy playing Destiny". Rebooted console and was greeted with a black screen. If I hold down my guide button my option to turn off the console or controller pops up so its not a video problem. I tried unplugging console and holding down xbox button for 30sec but after the initial green xbox screen my screen went black again. This has never happened before until today. Thanks Bungie!

I had to use the offline diagnostic tool provided by xbox support but my system at least works now

Do you by chance have an external hard drive on you xbox? I had this issue before and had to hold down the power button till it shut down the xbox. I then unplugged every cable that was connected to it and waited 5 minutes. Then attached all the cables back to the xbox with the exception of the external hard drive. I attached that back up after I was back at the dashboard.
