The Graviton is a very cool looking helmet, and it grands the ability of shadestep for the nightstalker subclass only...
I purpose this, if you have the Helmet equipped, it grants shadestep on all classes but in there own unique way. Basically their own animations. Like Gunslingers would be Fire red instead of purple. Fire would appear around him.
Bladedancer would become invs. while arc energy flies around him.
they don't deal damage, only cosmetic
EDIT: Bladedancer sucks so bad ATM. Why not have it

If shadestep is moved to other classes not only does that make the Hunter even harder to catch (which is already pretty crappy, considering Titans and Warlocks don't get that bonus), but it could also cause people to use one favored subclass over all. While playing a video game is all about self customization and having fun. You have to realize that Bungie is responsible for keeping people playing the game. If the hunter gets shadestep in all classes that'll make hunter the most used subclass and class in the game (just like how everyone started using Titan back when Sunbreaker was god-tier) it would unbalance everything Bungie is working for and cause people to stop playing. Because most people like to win, if the hunter is the most used class, PvP would become tedious and annoying (constantly running away and avoiding combat to lure enemies towards you), causing people to leave.
