I played in year one when it was out gunning scouts and the exotic perk would work when ADS, it was broke then. Now it doesn't pulses and autos CAN and DO OUTGUN it and I'm talking from experience, the exotic perk works as it should with hip fire and the range is good. I play with the last word practically all the time and I choose my battles of I'm to far away I run as I know I'm not going to win and especially if the guy has a scout auto or pulse.

Someone who is good with it can easily outgun someone with Nirwen's Mercy or Hawksaw at mid-range. I also speak from experience. I've been playing this game since the beta.
