TLW has less negatives than any other handcannon. Look at The Water Star vs TLW Both can have the same impact. Both have the same mag size. Both have the same rate of fire. But TLW auto-fire feature somehow increases its rate of fire without decreasing impact, allowing it to deal the same damage as The Water Star but at a much faster rate. When other handcannons have higher rate of fires, their impact drops. Same with any weapon, increase fire rate but sacrifice impact. TLW doesn't suffer this.
