Seriously? First TLW IS a handcannon, and there are a couple of legendary handcannons about on par with it. Also Doctrine is a rediculous AR, it's just limited by the fact that few people have it. Meanwhile TLW is the exotic you get from 98.9% of all primary exotic drops. The reason that other choices aren't used is because Snipers are the automatic special choice, with a shotgun here and there, and Snipers are good at all ranges, except really really close. Altho some people still seem capable of getting unscoped headshots at CqC range. If they took out rez sniping from the few sniper rifles that had it, their use would drop dramatically. The fact almost EVERYONE uses 1kS and rarely Black Spindle for rez sniping, thanks to a terribly poor resurrection design which leaves you unable to move, but gives you a useless sheild people can one shot snipe you through, shows just where the real problem is. Also Thorn damage is ass, even in regular crucible where it isn't destroyed by being low light. It does 67 damage a headshot. That is CRAP.
