I wait as long as possible. Love it when the entire team gets the good stuff. I hate people who solo pull the heavy then die shortly after.

Maybe picking it up solo and dying shortly after is really just a good play to prevent the other team from getting it. I do that all the time. Let my team go for one heavy while I rush to the other for a suicide mission.

That's not the situation I was talking about. If I'm near the other teams heavy I will suicide to get it as well. What I was talking about is a person pulling heavy when no enemy is around and your team is running to get the heavy but "captain can't wait" takes if for them self.
