Hello,
Unfortunately, Iron Banner always ends one hour before reset.
I TOTALLY feel your pain. It [i]just[/i] happened to me that I got Rank 5 and did my best to get to the Tower, but I was one minute late.

I was not late and he offered the reward to me but it would not let me collect it, I saved the video of this happening as well

This exactly happened to me. Just rank 3, I only started cram playing it tonight. But I hit rank 3 after my last game, go to the tower, and I'm like, yes 5 mins to spare! (I knew it would end at midnight). But even tho I was in time (barely)... I talked to Lord Saladin, he offered me a rank package, but it wouldn't allow me to accept. I figured, ok, I'll buy the cloak real quick and try again, but I was unable to buy anything either. Uuugghh. I doubt anyone from bungie will see this, let alone grant me my package. But I'd just like to publicly express the opinion that when you have your actual event end at midnight sharp (totally on board), it's just cruel to make the vendor with the actual rewards from that event disappear with it. Give us an extra hour, an extra TEN MINUTES, on lord saladin, PLEEEEASE

I believe you wholeheartedly. This is the reason I try to stay away from being in a time-sensitive place when the reset occurs. I am sorry. I wish I could help.

Running out of time, not having time, or just plain can't acquire items have been happening to me often. This has happened to me maybe about 5 of the 15 Iron Banners, so I've learned how to deal with it the hard way.

Reset due to Daylight Savings Time always gets moved up one hour, so reset is 1am PST.
