I think it should be slightly tweaked. I say that if a Titan doesn't have his melee ability up, that's fine he can still shoulder charge. But if it does happen to come up, his next shoulder charge would take his melee energy. This would make it so you can still run around shoulder charging (which is definitely not OP I'm not saying it is) but you are still slightly hindered. Makes shoulder charge a little more strategic I think, let me know what you guys think.

But if you can still shoulder charge without any melee charge.. What's the point of taking away the charge? You can still shoulder smash things..

Except with current armor set ups unless your running peregrine greaves I have had every class eat a shoulder charge with a sliver of health left only then to be shotgunned straight away. I was gobsmacked when a hunter sponged one...... So I'm the current climate no I don't think these tweaks are needed if anything it needs a buff to still one shot non shielded players without greaves on.
